Super Bowl LIX
Every February, millions of Americans gather in homes, local bars, and restaurants, to watch the winners of the NFL’s American Football Conference and National Football Conference battle for the Super Bowl World Champion title. The history of the Super Bowl dates back to 1967, where the Green Bay Packers became the first ever Super Bowl Champions in a 35-10 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. Since Super Bowl I, the tradition has only grown in popularity. Today the annual event is the most-watched U.S. program ever, turning out an average of approximately 123 million viewers. That is nearly half of the U.S. population! This year, Super Bowl LIX will be featured at our very own Caesars Superdome, here in New Orleans! For many American families, planning out the wheres and hows for this occasion can be a major stressor. Follow along with this blog for our tell-all recommendations for where to watch the 2025 Superbowl, and how to make the most of this beloved American tradition.
Caesars Superdome
Having the privilege to attend the Superbowl live and in person is a bucket-list dream for many Americans, which is why Caesars Superdome is obviously our first recommendation! This February will mark the 11th time that Caesars Superdome has hosted the superbowl; making New Orleans no stranger to the chaos and excitement the event brings. Superbowl LIX will feature Grammy winning artist and rapper, Kendrick Lamar, along with the NFL’s AFC and NFC champions- guaranteeing to bring a massive crowd to the Big Easy. Starting prices for this event range from five to ten thousand dollars a piece if you’re lucky, with some ticket packages surging well over twenty-five thousand dollars! For most Americans, this is not a realistic option, and the majority of fans watch the event from the comfort of their own homes, or at local bars and restaurants. Whether you’re preparing a visit to New Orleans during this event, or you’re a local looking to plan your Superbowl arrangements, we have the perfect list of electric and family friendly places to watch Superbowl LIX!
